1. Agreement to Terms
By booking or using any cleaning service offered by JS Cleaning Service Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We provide services across Dublin, Ireland.
2. Service Booking and Quotations
2.1 Quotations
- All quotations are free of charge and non-binding until a booking is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to amend a quotation if the property's condition or requirements significantly differ from the initial assessment or description provided by the Client.
2.2 Confirmation of Booking
A booking is considered confirmed only upon written or digital confirmation (email/WhatsApp) from the Client.
3. Payments and Fees
3.1 Payment Terms
Payment for services is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning job, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, detailed on your invoice.
3.2 Late Payment
We reserve the right to charge late payment fees in accordance with Irish commercial law for outstanding invoices.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Client Cancellations
If the Client cancels or reschedules a confirmed booking:
- More than 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee is applied.
- Less than 48 hours notice: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking total may be charged to cover lost revenue and scheduling costs.
- Less than 24 hours notice or No Show: A fee equivalent to 100% of the booking total may be charged.
4.2 Access to Property
If the team is unable to gain access to the property upon arrival (No Show), the Client will be charged the full booking amount.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide a safe working environment and clear access to the property.
- Secure any valuable, fragile, or sensitive items before the team's arrival.
- Inform us of any known hazards or special instructions (e.g., specific alarm codes).
- Ensure all services requested are clearly communicated prior to commencement of work.
6. Complaints and Claims
If the Client is dissatisfied with the service, any complaint must be reported within 24 hours of job completion. We are fully insured and will investigate any claims of damage or unsatisfactory work reported within this timeframe.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
