1. Agreement to Terms

By booking or using any cleaning service offered by JS Cleaning Service Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We provide services across Dublin, Ireland.

A booking is considered confirmed only upon written or digital confirmation (email/WhatsApp) from the Client.

3. Payments and Fees

Payment for services is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning job, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, detailed on your invoice.

3.2 Late Payment

We reserve the right to charge late payment fees in accordance with Irish commercial law for outstanding invoices.

If the Client is dissatisfied with the service, any complaint must be reported within 24 hours of job completion. We are fully insured and will investigate any claims of damage or unsatisfactory work reported within this timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

FAQ — frequently asked questions

What’s included?

Regular and deep cleaning for all main areas — kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living space. We use professional products and equipment.

What’s not included?

Wall washing, exterior windows, waste removal, and mold treatment. Add-ons available: oven, fridge, carpet, and interior windows.

How do you calculate the price?

Based on property size, condition, and estimated time. Minimum booking: 3 hours (€66–€75). Quick quote available via WhatsApp.

Cancellation Policy

Free up to 24 hours before. After 24h, a €25 fee applies. Same-day or no-show cancellations are charged 50% of total cost.

Duration & Cleaners

Usually 2 cleaners. A 1–2 bed apartment takes around 2–4 hours. Larger homes or heavier build-up may take longer — confirmed on WhatsApp.

Access & Parking

Client provides access and covers parking/toll fees if needed. Lockbox or key collection available when arranged in advance.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 48-hour re-clean policy — report with photos within 48 hours for a free correction.

We serve Dublin City and nearby areas: Lucan, Ranelagh, Dundrum, Rathmines, Clonskeagh, Drumcondra, Clontarf, and more.

Payments

We accept card, bank transfer, and Revolut. Digital invoice provided after each service. VAT not applicable at this stage.
